Waste Oils
Waste oils, oil water, oil sludge from lagoons and used emulsions need treated using centrifugal technology an economical solution to reduced the disposal volume and recover valuable fuel. Decanter centrifuges and centrifuge filtration-clarification systems to separate water and solids from the waste oils.
Quench Oils
Quench oil is used in metal cooling processes as metal heating to high temperatures are submerged in the oil for cooling. As quench oil is used, it is contaminated with particulate, degrading its quality and potentially affecting quality of the metal products cooled within it. US Centrifuge Systems provides effective liquid-solid separation and liquid clarification technologies for recycling quench oil.
US Centrifuge Systems machines can remove particles as small as 2 microns. Centrifuge technology extends the life of quench oil, saves money and resources, and improves quality of the final metal product.
Beyond the Centrifuge
US Centrifuge Systems expanded its research and development in 2009 with the BioFilter™, an advanced sorbent boom with multiple fibers that dangle below the water's surface trapping tarballs and oil residue while currents and sea life pass through unharmed from entanglement.
