US Centrifuge Systems offers sample testing to help customers evaluate the feasibility of their applications. This testing procedure provides a quick and inexpensive way to evaluate an application. US Centrifuge Systems processes your sample at our facility using a model M212 manual clean centrifuge and a De Laval Gyro-tester to determine the results, which are then noted and digitally photographed for your review and consideration.

Emailed Photo Documentation Includes

• Raw liquid sample (solids %/ volume)
• Centrifuged liquid sample (solids %/ volume) determines separation results

Sample Testing Fee

• $250.00 per customer test.
• The fee is applicable to the equipment purchase price
• Laboratory test results are available per the lab cost.
  

Sample Testing Requirements

• Completed US Centrifuge Systems Application Sheet #SPT-012606 (PDF - 62K) must be faxed prior to testing samples
• P.O. to cover the testing fee is required prior to shipping samples to US Centrifuge Systems
• Return shipping instructions must be included for samples that cannot be disposed of at USC, or an environmental fee will be charged to cover disposal
• 5-gallon bucket with representative sample is preferred
• 5-gallon bucket must include the necessary MSDS sheets and copy of USCS Sample Testing Application Request Sheet
• Testing is typically processed within a couple of days of receiving the sample and information
