Complete System Skid for All Decanter Models

The pictured skid module is a model CQ3 decanter centrifuge mounted on a heavy-duty structural steel frame base with grated working platforms. The skid is equipped with all the necessary ancillaries required for:

• Optimum separation performance
• Process reliability
• Process flexibility
• Ease of operation
• Ease of maintenance

A complete system skid module can normally be ready for operation within 1 to 4 hours upon delivery to the site.

The complete system skid module is equipped with the following ancillaries:

• CQ Decanter Centrifuge with solids / centrate chutes.
• Viscotherm hydraulic decanter back-drive unit.
• Feed macerator with PLC control.
• Progressive cavity, sludge feed-pump, with variable speed drive, capacity 5 to 45-gpm.
• Krohne flow meter, range 0 to 45-gpm, complete with display unit.
• Polymer dosing pump with variable speed drive capacity of 0.4 to 11-gpm.
• Krohne polymer flow meter, range 0 to 10-gpm, complete with display unit.
• Feed line mix header with variable polymer injection points.
• Feed valve manifold.
• 300-gallon polymer mixing tank with agitator.
• 300-gallon utility tank with agitator.
• Sludge auger / conveyor 12’L (size quoted to suit facility requirements).
• NEMA 12 electrical control panel with PLC touch screen HMI and VFD centrifuge drive motor and pump motor controls.
• CQ3 Skid Module dimensions: 14’L x 8’W x 8’H
• CQ3 Skid Module weight: approximately 8,500 pounds
