US Centrifuge Systems is pleased to announce the addition of our new fully equipped 35,000 sq ft decanter centrifuge repair shop for high quality expert repair of scroll type decanter centrifuges saving customers valuable time and money. Parts and Repair Service available for select Alfa Laval, Westfalia, Sharples, Bird-Humboldt, Dorr Oliver, Flottweg, Pieralisi, Andritz, and CQ Centriquip decanter centrifuges including:

• Complete decanter centrifuge refurbishing and scroll repair plus specialized reverse engineering and manufacturing of OEM parts. Our engineering group works closely with experts in metallurgy, machining, heat treating, x-ray, forging and casting to provide parts that meet or exceed OEM standards.

• Scroll feed zone and flight repair services plus hard surfacing for scroll type decanter conveyors and depending on the wear, we retip, repair, or replace entire flights and apply factory equivalent tungsten carbide or stellite hard surfacing to conveyor flights or equivalent and / or re-tiling with sintered tungsten carbide tiles. We machine and / or OD grind the flights to factory dimensions which are checked with templates to insure proper fit and then dynamically balance in two planes.

• Dynamic balancing and vibration analysis of decanter centrifuge bowls, rotating assemblies, and scrolls using modern computer balancing equipment and fixtures. We do not static balance like other shops.

• We offer a complete machine shop to repair head wall bearing journals, shafts, and housings for proper bearing fit and concentricity of all mating surfaces and rotating parts.

• We service and repair gearbox and hydraulic Viscotherm Back Drive systems. Our highly skilled and fully trained experienced technical personnel keep abreast of new technology and products. Staff certifications are continually augmented by follow-up courses and specializations.
