Hiller® DecaThick
DecaThick® decanter centrifuges are ideal for sludge thickening. This series of centrifuges captures high solids rate, usually without polymer. The DecaThick® decanter centrifuge is available in a variety of performance capacities ranging from 3 m3/hr to 200 m3/hr and features acceleration rates of 3,000 to 5,200 x gravity. The DecaThick® decanter centrifuge offers many benefits such as customized designs to meet sludge requirements, minimal operator attention needed, high cake dryness to minimize disposal costs, and wear protection systems to maximize machine lifetimes.
The DecaThick® decanter centrifuge is designed with automatic differential speed control, the Hiller® Hydraulic DecaTorque® for maximum torque within shortest reaction times, and the DecaDrive® solution using frequency converters and electric motors. The DecaThick® decanter centrifuge is a highly developed control units for all drive solutions.
