All machines are economically priced, fully automatic and available in standard carbon steel or stainless steel construction. Centrifugal forces can max out up to 7,500 times gravity with automatic centrifuge systems. A500 automatic centrifuges are economically priced, fully automatic self-cleaning centrifuge systems for liquid-liquid and liquid-solid centrifuge separation, solids dewatering, and centrifuge liquid filtration and fluid clarification. Beyond the Centrifuge
US Centrifuge Systems expanded its research and development in 1999 with a successful waste-to-energy system that can now convert up 8 tons of waste within one hour of operation into renewable energy. Sister company Organic Power Solutions was established, and now, high-value co-products are created and used in the production of in-house renewable energy or sold to third-party utility companies. A540 Automatic Centrifuge
US Centrifuge Systems' model A540 is a new automatic self-cleaning centrifuge designed for a variety of tough processes and demanding liquid-solid separation and filtration applications in which the specific gravity of the suspended solids is greater than that of the liquid. A540 centrifuges are designed and built for safe and quiet operation with years of reliable use in the most demanding applications. A540 centrifuges require relatively no day-to-day maintenance. Machines are American-made and all engineering, manufacturing, service and sales activities are located under one roof in Indianapolis, Indiana.
A540 machines feature a carbon steel powder coated frame with an aluminum bowl-shell, stainless bowl hub and Nu-tride® surface treated carbon steel plow assembly. A540 machines are available with all-wetted surfaces constructed from 316L stainless steel. View the A540 automatic centrifuge.
