As an option to purchasing the traditional annual maintenance kit with bearings, seals, gaskets, and other hardware shipped loose and requiring complete disassembly and reassembly of the rotating assembly, US Centrifuge can now provide a completely remanufactured, pre-assembled bearing housing / spindle assembly including the bowl-hub as a complete annual maintenance exchange kit delivered on a portable factory assembly fixture for added convenience and time savings. Simply remove the rotating assembly from the centrifuge frame and disassemble the clutch-hub / plow-gear set, bowl-shell, and plow-shaft. Then reassemble the same parts onto the reconditioned bearing housing / spindle assembly and reinstall in the centrifuge frame.

This complete bearing housing / spindle assembly annual maintenance exchange service kit program has several key advantages:
